Site and Selective Demolition

Demolition involves a complex set of procedures surrounding the dismantlement of a structure and total clearance of the demolished site. It could also involve environmental remediation and/or salvage of the dismantled materials for reuse or recycling (also known as deconstruction).

AIM is highly skilled at both total site demolition-via explosive demolition, physical destruction, or engineered dismantlement-and selective demolition, where the exterior of the structure remains intact but the entire interior or portions of it are removed to make room for remodeling/refurbishing purposes.
