Government
Successful completion of government contracts takes more than just the knowledge of how to complete the work. It also requires knowing the intricacies of various government regulations, special insurance requirements, and, in many cases, security clearances. AIM Services, Inc. has done extensive work as both a prime and subcontractor for federal, state and local governments.
Maritime / Shipboard
Headquartered in the southeastern portion of Virginia known as Hampton Roads, AIM is strategically located near Naval Station Norfolk, the largest naval base in the world. The Navy also has nine different bases, air stations, and shipyards within 30 minutes of our Chesapeake, Virginia office.
Healthcare / Hospitals
Medical complexes and hospitals require very specialized considerations when working on-site. The most important concern is the health and safety of the patients and the staff. Another issue is the amount of disruption that can be caused while a contractor is tending to a task.
Commercial / Retail
From the small to the tall, AIM can handle a wide range of services to aid the commercial and retail sector. We are certified by the Commonwealth of Virginia to work with the Small-, Women- and Minority-owned business (SWaM) Program, and we have completed hundreds of projects requiring the renovation or repurposing of buildings, as well as the revitalization of commercial properties, including strip malls and office buildings.
Multi-Family / Residential
AIM specializes in working on government contracts, especially government-owned housing, and privatized government housing. This includes the renovation or demolition of buildings, and in some cases, removing and treating mold from occupied housing.
Schools
Funding for schools is often a hot topic of discussion. School districts need to stretch every dollar when it comes to the operation of their schools, and the health and well-being of the students, teachers, and staff. We recognize the need to get the best quality work at the most competitive pricing, and we have effectively accomplished a number of projects for both state-run and private schools.
